You can choose any available @emtg.top address. You can come up with your own name or use the random name generator when creating a mailbox.

Yes - you can create multiple mailboxes on one account. Until your first balance top-up, only a few active mailboxes are allowed at a time; after you top up, you can add more without a fixed cap from our side.

Yes. You can send by replying to forwarded messages in Telegram (with /reply), using the /send command with the full address line, or via SMTP from a mail client using your mailbox login and SMTP password from the dashboard.

You can send many file types from email to Telegram and vice versa. There is a limit of 25 attachments per message, and the combined size of attachments we decode from one message is capped (currently about 50 MB total). The whole raw email size is also limited - see the Knowledge Base if you hit size errors.

Yes, emtg works well for teams. You can add the bot to a Telegram group chat and send email to multiple recipients at once where your workflow allows it.

Plain text notifications usually show in Telegram within about 10-15 seconds. Messages with large attachments can take longer, and timing also depends on the other provider’s servers in both directions.

emtg is not a traditional mailbox. We do not keep a searchable archive of your mail: we relay inbound messages to Telegram and pass outbound mail through. Content is not used for ads or training. Operational logs and short-lived queues may exist for delivery and abuse protection - see our Privacy page for details.

You cannot rename an existing address. You can delete the mailbox and create a new one. After deletion, unused prepaid value is credited back to your account using this formula:

(plan price / total days × remaining days) − $0.05

You get a Telegram notification when prepaid time ends (including if you try to send while the mailbox is unpaid). The address stays in a grace window (about one month) for renewal; if it is not renewed, the mailbox is removed. See Pricing and Refunds for billing context.
