1. Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of emtg (“Service”), including the website at emtg.top, the control panel at my.emtg.top, and related infrastructure. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of the Service
emtg provides tools to receive inbound email addressed to @emtg.top mailboxes and relay it to Telegram, and to optionally send outbound email based on commands submitted via Telegram.
The Service operates as an automated, passive relay of content. We do not monitor, review, or control message content.
The Service is not a traditional email inbox and does not provide long-term storage of messages.
3. Accounts
You may create an account using a username and password.
Telegram account linking is optional but required for certain features, including password recovery and Telegram-based functionality.
If you do not link a Telegram account, you may permanently lose access if you forget your password.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to comply with all applicable laws and must not use the Service to:
- send or relay unlawful content;
- distribute spam, malware, phishing, or fraudulent messages;
- engage in harassment or abuse;
- interfere with the security or operation of the Service.
You acknowledge that email addresses may be discovered by third parties and that you may receive unwanted or harmful content.
You are solely responsible for how you use and expose your mailbox addresses.
5. Outbound Messaging Responsibility
If you use Telegram-based sending features, you are solely responsible for message content, recipients, and legality, and you must ensure you have the right to contact recipients.
We may restrict, delay, rate-limit, or suspend outbound messaging to prevent abuse or comply with legal obligations.
6. Delivery and Availability
The Service depends on third-party systems, including email infrastructure and Telegram.
We do not guarantee delivery success, delivery speed, uptime, or availability.
7. Abuse and Enforcement
If we become aware of unlawful or abusive use, including through abuse reports, we may suspend or terminate accounts, block mailboxes or destinations, and restrict features.
We may apply automated or manual controls based on abuse detection systems.
8. Fees and Billing
Certain features require payment. Pricing is available on the website. Payments are prepaid and governed by our Refund Policy.
9. Intellectual Property
The Service and related software are owned by the operator or its licensors.
You retain rights to your content. You grant us permission to process it solely to operate the Service.
10. Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We disclaim all warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the greater of the amount paid by you in the last 3 months or 50 USD. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
12. No Endorsement
We do not endorse, support, or promote any content transmitted through the Service.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use means acceptance.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator’s country of establishment, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
